Welcome to The World Is Yours (TWIY). By accessing or using our website or mobile game, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TWIY website or game, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Game Currency - TWIY Coin

TWIY Coin is a virtual currency used exclusively within The World Is Yours platform. It may be earned through gameplay, purchased via our website, or rewarded in promotional events.

TWIY Coin has no real-world monetary value outside the game.
TWIY Coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

3. User Conduct

Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Violate intellectual property rights of others or the game.

4. Wallet and Token Use

If you connect a Solana wallet or participate in token-based systems, you acknowledge:

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
We are not liable for lost tokens due to user error or third-party services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement or behave inappropriately within the community.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide TWIY “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, loss of data, or gameplay issues. You use the platform at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of TWIY constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
